About AI for Guyana
A public resource library, survivor-directed provider directory, and private connection platform for people affected by tragedies in Guyana. The first crisis module is MV Barima Recovery Support.
What we do
- Curate resources you can use without an account.
- Publish self-attested provider profiles you can browse and choose from.
- Carry private requests between you and a provider you choose.
What we do not do
- We do not provide therapy, clinical assessment, or emergency intervention.
- We do not verify or approve credentials. Providers are self-attested.
- We do not automatically match you to anyone. You choose whom to contact.
- We never make survivor requests public or let providers browse people seeking help.
Sample content notice
Provider profiles and many resources on this site are clearly labelled Sample and are shown for demonstration only. Do not rely on them for real support until real providers have joined and been reviewed for completeness.
Not an emergency service
Forms on this site are not monitored continuously. Submitting a form does not contact emergency services. If you or someone near you is in immediate danger in Guyana, call 913 or 914, or the national suicide prevention helpline 623-4444.
